Abstract: In conjunction with the celebration of World Population Day 2025 at the Perlis state level, the Perlis State of National Population and Family Development Board (LPPKN) in collaboration with the Perlis State Government, the Perlis State Women's Development and Social Welfare, Unity and Environment EXCO Office and Universiti Malaysia Perlis organized the Perlis State Population Seminar at Universiti Malaysia Perlis, Perlis on 11 August 2025. The theme of the Perlis state level World Population Day celebration this time is "Perlis Population: Small State, Big Aspirations". Also held at this celebration was the Population Forum titled "Empowering Young People to Form the Families They Want in a Fair and Hopeful World". Four (4) working paper presentations were also presented, namely socio-economic, health and family issues.

Abstract: In conjunction with the celebration of World Population Day 2025, the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development through the National Population and Family Development Board (LPPKN) in collaboration with the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM), University of Malaya (UM) and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) has organised the national level World Population Day Celebration 2025 at Lanai Kijang, Bank Negara Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur on 21 July 2025. The theme of this World Population Day celebration is “Empowering Young People to Form the Families They Want in a Just and Hopeful World”. Also held at this celebration is the Population Forum entitled “Addressing the Population Crisis: Towards a Sustainable and Inclusive Future.

Abstract: In conjunction with the Sabah State-level World Population Day 2025 celebration, the Sabah State of National Population and Family Development Board (LPPKN) in collaboration with the Sabah State Government has organised a Sabah State Population Seminar at the Sabah Federal Government Administrative Complex on 31 July 2025. The theme of the Sabah State-level World Population Day celebration this time is “Trends of Early Teenage Marriage in Sabah - Impact on the Institution of Marriage”. Also held at this celebration is a Population Forum entitled “Trends of Early Teenage Marriage in Sabah - Impact on the Institution of Marriage”.

Abstract: In conjunction with the celebration of World Population Day 2025 at the Pahang state level, the Pahang state of National Population and Family Development Board (NPFDB) in collaboration with the Pahang State Government and the Pahang Sultan Ahmad Shah Islamic University organized the Pahang State Population Seminar at the Pahang Sultan Ahmad Shah Islamic University, Pahang on 17 July 2025. The theme of the World Population Day celebration at the Pahang state level this time is “Generation Alpha: The Heart of Pahang’s Future Development”. Also held at this celebration was the Population Forum entitled “Youth Reproductive Health Challenges in Pahang: Reality and Solutions”. Two (2) working paper presentations were also presented, namely fertility issues.

Abstract: Disciplinary problems among the student are the hot issue that being discuss in our community nowadays. If this problem is not prevented immediately, misbehaviour or disciplinary cases will continue to increase and is about to expose students to more misbehaviour such as theft, blackmail, molesting, involved in triad ,drug addiction and so on. Many discussions about student discipline problems was held, either by the related agencies, associations, schools, parent or communities. According to the report of the Ministry of Education, several key factors are identified as the main cause of disciplinary problems such as school climate less attractive, psychological and familial factors. Detailed and comprehensive study should be conducted to identify family factors that may contribute to or cause students to behave as such. Consequently,a Family Studies and Student Discipline covering high school student and parent / guardian has been carried out in Peninsular Malaysia by the National Population and Family Development Board (NPFDB) in collaboration with the School Division, Ministry of Education and the State Education Departments
