| Abstract |
In general, building a community with good digital resilience requires local services, work and online access, and the community needs to have a vibrant digital ecosystem. This includes good infrastructure like fast broadband, community portals, Digital IDs, and digital health and emergency services. Besides that, there should be ongoing literacy programs; a cashless economy; and reliable cyber security laws. Digital literacy resilience focuses on minors under adult supervision. |
